When contacting the surgery to make an appointment you will be offered on the day appointments or a choice of appointment times up to 28 days thereafter with the doctor of your choice subject to availability.

You can make an appointment by calling the surgery on 01270 610200, in person at reception or by booking online via Emis Access

If you are not registered with EMIS Access and wish to use this facility to book appointments with a GP, order repeat prescriptions and change personal contact details please complete a Registration form. You can get a form from our reception, or download and print a copy of the form here. Once the form has been completed please return to Kiltearn Medical Centre after which you will receive your personal log on which you will require to access this service.

Once your appointment has been booked, please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment. If you are unable to attend for your appointment please let us know as we maybe able to offer this appointment to someone else.
