EMIS ACCESS

Did you know that by registering with EMIS Access you can book an appointment with a Doctor of your choice up to 28 days in advance. You can also request repeat medication. Ordering your prescription this way is very easy as the screen will show you the list of you medications and you just tick the medications that you require. It also allows you to add messages to the prescribing team if required.

EMIS access allows you to change your personal details which includes contact details, change of name, address etc.

This system ties directly in to your medical records so we prefer this system to emails.

If you have not already registered for this service please complete a EMIS Access Registration form at reception or click here to print and complete a copy at home. Once you have completed this form please return to Kiltearn, where a personal logon will be generated and advised to you for you to access this service.
