My name is Greg, and I am a Social Prescriber working at the Kiltearn Medical Centre here in Nantwich to help any current patients if I can.

Social Prescribers can support you with a variety of Non-Medical issues. This could include Loneliness; Isolation; Low mood and Anxiety; Money or debt worries; Addiction; Unemployment and overall Wellbeing.

I have a lived experience in many of the above that some of you might find challenging right now, and while I won’t have all the answers straight away, I will help you with what matters to you and any difficulties you may be facing.

You will find me in the ‘lounge’ area of the Kiltearn surgery on the top floor holding a ‘drop-in’ centre between 1pm and 2pm Tuesday-Friday, so come and have a chat and I can help you work towards a solution.
